Also lost my father just over a year ago so sending hugs for that.

As for your recent loss- it's very hard because you are always linked to the father of your child/ children, no matter what.

It must be very distressing for you, but you can be their support. Remember that it is also ok to show your humanity and cry in front of them too, if you want to- it will help them to understand that it is ok to feel xx
