I did see a lady cycling on Friday near Pevensey, she was waring lycra and looked very hot. Must have been as she was taking a drink at the time too.

It was funny as not many vehicles were trying to squeeze past quickly

Love wearing lycra , especially running . There is notjing sexier than seeing a woman in lycra. Was going for a run one day with wife and her sister I started getting hard, and my wife says ' you have some package in those' .. Her and her sister looking at my hard on !! Mmm

Some good ones there. What distance do you do? I’ve done 5 sprints over a few years. I’d like to move up to do an Olympic at some point too.

wouldn't go that far with sprints start this year just hitting 40 and need some goals bit of a midlife I think Haha try push 150 miles out a week on bike and run when I can
