Still keep in touch with your best mates from School. You know the ones you said 'We will alwys be in touch' friends.

Unfortunately I've lost touch with mine. Downfall of always being on the move I suppose.

Yeah I have a group of friends I've known for much longer than I care to remember.

I’m not friends with anyone from school.

I got majorly bullied for having a boyfriend so much older than me (I was fourteen he was eighteen) that when I left school I had a small group of friends, who were extremely toxic, constantly slagged each other off and it put such a strain on my mental health that I just stopped speaking to them.

Yes I have kept in touch with quite a few friends from school, university, various workplaces and hobbies. Takes effort but worth it. They're my alternative family and have been very supportive over the years

Hefty Hideaway

I guess my sister doesn’t count.

No. I left my hometown at 16. Friendships fell by the wayside as is wont to do. Whenever I go out with my sister though we tend to bump into everyone as she never left town and kept her friendship circle. I keep having to ask ‘who was that?’.

Lacey and I were in the same class.

I’m also still best friends with my pal from school as well.

Tamworth

I never had any friends like that at school.

My best friend to this day I made when we were school age but we lived in different town.

Strangely though I do have a lot of old acquaintances from school on Facebook.

I am not on touch with anyone from school

The one I kept in touch with disappeared off the face of the earth when I told him I was bi

I'm in touch with two guys I shared with at Uni, but we rarely make time for each other - maybe every 18 months to 2 years we'll meet for a catch up

My close friends now are friends I have got to know in adulthood

There and to the left a bit

Two of my closest friends I've known since secondary school (so *gulp* 42 years) and although we don't see each other as much as we used to, we still get together a few times a year and just pick up wherever we left off.

There's one other friend who I've known longer and occasionally bump into but he was never that close a friend.

Then there are a few on FB from school too, but haven't actually met any of them for years, probably since school in most cases.

Only 1 and he is a awesome guy. that's because I moved for work and a woman. My social circle has always been small tho. My trust has been broken to many times.

No.

I was until I came off Facebook (after a few years gap between leaving school and joining Facebook). It's ok. They have their lives to lead and I have mine.
