Salt and Pepper Chips

Anyone else think these are the best addition to a chinese meal ever. Just not a meal without them. As long as they are quite spicy.

We just get chips. Do they put the salt and pepper on them before they cook them?

Chips from the chinese put in a wok and warmed up with chillies, spring onion, peppers and chinese spices.

Your missing out big time if you haven't tried them.

No matter where I've had them Chinese chips have always been fantastic, crisp, chunky and grease free.
