Whats you're genre for working out?

Mines Heavy Metal.... Slipknot, Metallica etc. Some really fast heavy beats.

In the gyms they play pop and charty crap. Surely it should be agressive angry fast heavy metal! That'd getting people going. Hopefully out of the door so I can use the equipment faster

Never hear it on in the gyms. I asked the staff and the said they have no control over the music.

Between Scylla and Charybdis

My current workout playlist includes G n R, Rage Against the Machine, Pearl Jam and AC/DC. They all inspire me to add that extra plate and get that extra rep

It is the best music for the gym. That's why it's mostly Metal in action films

If it works for you why not? Running and weight lifting are different. Think I'd listen to The Prodigy if I ran. Been saying I'll start running for months but my knees a bit iffy

I don't really mind what music is on at the gym. Just enjoy my workout session. Having said that I do keep one song as backup if need a little booster to finish final sets/reps.

Danzel - Pump it up 2004

Not a "hunk" type to pump it up, but such a catchy tune haha

Cannock

I like heavy metal but prefer Dance/rave style music when working out.
