Spent all your money on on the black Friday deals?

I'm giving them a miss as I think it's one big con and the deals will be cheaper later on.

Your thoughts?

It's a chance for shops to offload the things they couldn't sell in the summer

I ordered stuff I was gonna order anyway, 3 gifts for £20 I got for £18. Saved me £2 go me!

I'm moving house in 2 weeks and I need loads of things so I should really be looking but I just can't be bothered, usually if you find a good deal it's sold out.

The right place

There’s nothing I really want to buy at the moment. As soon as I think of something the sales will be over.

I booked some flights to Germany with Ryanair

£5 one way and €9.99 coming back

Even with the bag charges and the seat cost, it still came in at less than £35

I managed to save £80 on something I ws going to buy this week anyway.

My parents were going to get me a Gopro for my birthday, but rather than buying it, they give me the money to buy it myself.

Black Friday is a con

More so on bigger goods like electrical goods

What they do is over a period of months they slyly hike the prices up

Then on Black Friday they reduce £100 off the item let’s say

Thinking you’ve got a bargain

But really you haven’t as you’ve paid the original price of said item

Some are cons some are good offers you really need to know the prices of things you are looking for I guess.

Just selling off stock they couldn't get rid of before but saying that I'm not a slave to constantly updating technology for the "newest" so okay for me.

You need to look for yellow stickers in the supermarket mate...I got a couple of boxes of 40 sachets for the ex's cats and was only £3 a box

Black Friday and boxing day sales are the only times Im guaranteed not to have to spend a minimum of £35 on a decent bra. And that's just a plain one. Without matching knickers.

Eagerly awaiting my new sexy underwear

Yep, same. Two new sets ordered and a dress I'd been wanting for some time as well. Excited!

Oh this outstripped any supermarket offer by a distance - I checked, but yeah know about the yellow stickers and also know how often those yellow stickers can be misleading when a better deal can be had buying the non-stickered items
