I guess it depends on your goals. A mix is good. | |||

It's a long term lifestyle change for me That's why I like the gym I go to - there are more older lifestyle members than there are 'lads' who go to out bicep each other There is a little group of them though. Spend more time talking and being 'laddish' than they do anything else It's like The Inbetweeners with weights ![]() | |||
