I said i dont do any, but have changed my mind this year.

I plan to try and give up the smokes again (attempt 5) and to lose a little weight that I have gain in the last 6 months

well mine has changed now..was gonna resolute to lose some weight,cos I have put a few pounds on since packing up smoking, but my [ mrs ] daddy has been admitted to hospital tonight, so sod it I don't care... please send some love for my dad !!..He's a star !! [ my star ]..xx
