Why are you awake at silly o'clock in the morning?

I woke up for a pee, and my brain was awake. No point trying to fight it, so here I am.

Are you working? Being a dirty stop-out? Or just can't sleep?

I sleep for about one hour a night, good chance I am going to be on here at some time during the night. Well apart from tonight as that is my 15 pint after work night, its great having Thursday off.

I used to wake up around 5-5.30am (my alarm for work is at 5.45am) but since the time changed recently my body wakes up at 4am
