.....A large onion or garlic clove is invariably used as a plug to keep it up there afterwards

Traditional Chinese green tea is very weird

I’ve had a few times it’s very difficult to drink, all bits of leaves and branches, but it’s rude not to drink it in China

Covered in guacamole and deep fried before being served with a heady dollop of marmite and mayonaise. Butter and jam are a good alternative when you don't have a deep fat fryer to hand tho.
