I am of course talking about going to the dentist- I am en route to an appointment and need some words of reassurance (very phobic of anything medical)

Ok, stay calm- they are, afterall, there to help you!

Maybe give them a call and explain that you are very nervous and ask if they can be extra gentle with you x

My dentist can give a light sedative for nervous patients .. ask them about it!

It was a lady dentist

She was really nice, did a scale and polish, I'm having happy gas for my next one
