Hi does anyone have any issues accessing fan on there phone provider, it was fine up until today we can access via home WiFi and used to be able to on our network but now says connection lost when accessing via network. Have contacted provider who ensure is is not blocked via age verification sites etc , only started happening today

Try downloading a vpn. I had to do that with Virgin. Oh the irony!

Brighton - even Hove!

Try switching it all off and on. Clear cookies. Dunno really. Have you fiddled with settings at all?

we are on sky here for our broadband, a while back access was stopped on fab so we had to go to our online account and put fab in as one of our approved adult sites, could be that issue?

I had this a couple of days ago but I’d swapped from 02 to BT mobile and blocks were on. I logged onto my BT account and turned off the filter.

Home internet is fine it’s access via 02 network which was fine u till today we have done the age verification with the network who has said no websites are blocked

I think this happened to me a few months back and I think it was a problem with virgin media at their end and a day later I could log on as normal but I do remember the ‘connection lost’ message.

I've noticed that the page won't load up on home wifi sometimes but does straight away on my 4G it's a bloody pain sometimes
