I normally don't bother with a roast and all the trimmings but today I'm cooking slow cooked shoulder of lamb

What are you lot having and are you a midday or evening eater?

Only started having roast dinners on a Sunday again about a couple of months ago.

Will be doing mine for around 5 or 6 pm today as we have much to get done during daylight hours
