I’d heard of it, but never thought about it. Only that someone I work with commented on mine last week. She was very complimentary about it, but it got me thinking.

Have to disagree there, I never had one when I was 20stone, now I’ve lost over half that I do. I have to say I do love emphasising it in leggings and trousers. As pathetic as it sounds it’s a sign of my achievement.

Great for you. But at 20 stone no one is going to have one. At healthy weight only some people have one. Not everyone will. For many it just isn't achievable because they aren't the right shape. It's nothing to be proud of

Lots have said if you like great. Some gave explained that some women just simply will never possess one.

It's only be recognised since 2013 and is usually associated with eating disorders but you can do specific exercises to correct it as actually it's due to muscle loss
