I've been to Turkey loads of times but ever since my holiday there lady month I've been obsessed with Turkish food!

I want to start cooking some at home so looking for good recipes please.

Actually, only when it comes to food.... Not sure when else I'd be a carnivore

No. In my experience they use a lot of rosemary and sumac plus pomegranate. Its a very meat and bread based cuisine, traditional Turkish casserole is delicious.

I love lahmajoun, the spices appeal to me

Jamaican is my speciality although I'm really keen to learn how to properly cook Lebanese food. Bakchich go at me hooked
