I regularly open a search engine and by the time it loads have forgotten what I was going to search for.

Im so bad at remembering things I have to do, as soon as i get an appointment for something i have to write it on my calendar and put it in my phone, otherwise its not happening

Omg, yes...very worried about this bcos I go to Google something & by the time A clear search bar I can’t remember what I wanted to look up. I’m very stressed at the moment & hoping it’s just a short term memory problem...but it’s VERY short term

Happens to me too, its just a stress thing. One free second and your mind turns into Mo Farah and starts running away with itself
