It works both ways, though. How am I to know you're serious? Or you're safe? It's never a guarantee, but for me, meet verifications can give insight into a person (and what others think of them).

Go do a search and look at other guys profiles (It's not gay), put some effort in, make yours stand out and say something about yourself. Change your profile pic too do a search of past forum posts or go to the introduction forum for tips. Make an effort and you will be rewarded.

Parties or clubs are always a good bet for meeting people and getting verified. Personally, I wouldn't meet someone verified just by cam.

Getting meets is as hard or as easy as you want to make it OP - the only person that can impact that is you - have the right approach, attitude and correctly set expectations, a well thought out profile and pics that show off your body, and not your cock, an element of patience rather than desperation and it's entirely possible for most people hee to get meets.

See the site as purely a sex site and expect to be knee deep in meets in no time, and you're going to be severely disappointed

As others have said take a look around at the various profile and can't get a meet advice threads and you'll find a lot of very good information - take heed of it and look for where you can make changes to improve your experience.

But most people look for someone they can find some common ground with and a lot (like me) like to build at least a chemistry and connection and see that some thought and effort is being put in.

Put it this way OP - you have two profiles in front of you - one is interesting and funny, has lots of well thought out pics that appeal and you can see from the way the person acts around the forums, or from meeting them at a group social etc that they have a good personality - the other has a one line profile and a couple of pics that show off their genitalia more than anything to the point you can't see what their body is like and they don't use the forums or go to socials - which would you choose?

Nah far from it. I have had rejections, but i get over it and move on. But going to socials does help to meet people and hopefully catch their attention. After all i can't express my personality through a fab picture
