Who can tell me what the fuck i can do with 5litres of apple cider vinegar.

If you put 2tsp in a glass of water and drink it through out the day it helps with your metobolism(supposedly) so i bought 50ml. To try it. Did know how much it costs so didnt think of the cost, anyway someone had hidded the two extra 00s and 5000ml has turned up pmfsl. Thats a lot of teaspoons full

Thats what jay said, just seems so muc of the stuff. When you say cook,can i make cassoroles and things with it, i just didnt know if the vinegar would send things rancid

Teeth: Did you know that apple cider vinegar can help remove stains from teeth? Rub teeth directly with apple cider vinegar and rinse out.

Aftershave: Fill a bottle with equal parts apple cider vinegar and water and shake to blend.

HEALTH:

Weight-Loss: For daily weight and pH balance maintenance, add 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar to 16 oz of water. Sip this concoction throughout the day.

Very good for cleaning glass so splash some on news paper to clean windows, mirrors and shower screens.

You might try adding it to the screen wash bottle in your car aswell.

Whey hey, im going to have the sparkliest how and body ever. The sparkliest house and the best sexual health(not that ive got genital warts to start with). Ive also got to concoct lots of new recipes. So looks like i will be seeing you all in 2013 lol

Mutton joint... Parboil in vinegar to tenderise... Drain then start a casserole as usual...

Apparently in my research(quite limited) the tablets dont work as well as the vinegar itself
