Have to agree. Sometimes being on here isn't good for how I view myself! There are so many gorgeous women with fantastic figures!! But then I have a good talk to myself and remind myself I'm no spring chicken any more and I shouldn't compare myself to anyone else!!

OP.. we are all gorgeous in our own ways! Be kind to yourself! I always say we should talk to ourselves like we do our best friend!...we'd never tell our bestie that they are fat and ugly!! xx

I’m an old hand here, I’ve only let the negativity in once in all my years here and a verbal slap, a massage and an epic naked party stopped that particular wallow!

I weighed myself a few weeks ago and was over a stone lighter than I thought I was, so it goes to show what's in our heads ain't always what's on the scales.

I don't have any either, I just jump on my mates scales twice a year out of curiosity. Last time was a lovely surprise! I was tempted to chop my hair off so I was another half a stone lighter but I refrained

It’s acceptable this time of year as I live in hoodies so I’m ok with winter stodge. I just have to train a bit harder which warms me up never listen to scales it’s all about how you feel!

I was 18 n half stone a few years ago. Way too many takeaways and no exercise. I don’t know what I weigh now but I did lose 4 stone then and felt scrawny but I feel happier as I am now! No six pack but fill t shirts out rather well

I'm ok with my shape just saying scales are not always conjuicive to our mental state.

I just sat and ate nearly a whole jar of peanut butter... over 2000 calories worth. I know the feeling, but now I just enjoy it and whatever.... I wanted the peanut butter and was so worth it. Daisy x
