You've got to love when your brain decides that at half two in the morning it should put a thought or a doubt in your head and wake you up.

Yeah don't worry about the fact I'm in work at 8 brain you keep turning thoughts over in there making it impossible for me to go back to sleep.

Force yourself to think of something else to calm your brain. Listen to the rain or a clock ticking.

Doesn't work for me though.

I usually use a mindfulness app to drift back off but this morning it's not working.

Thankfully today's random brain quirbble is just annoying head noise. Random thoughts and ideas.

Wanking helps. Ejaculation is more powerful than sleeping pills.

I feel your pain. I often go a whole night without much sleep at all. Usually takes me hours and hours to get to sleep - thanks to my brain.

Suffered with insomnia for over 20 years

Ouch I don't envy that. I only have nights like this once every few weeks thankfully.

When I finally fell asleep I had a messed up dream where an owl turned into a butterfly, flew into my house and then turned into a tiger that attacked me.

Woke up in pure panic. Fucking brain.
