Not that fussed over Xmas food but I've cleared a space in living room already that I'm itching to put a tree in! Nearly there !

Used to have them most weeks as a child with the Sunday roast, but rarely buy them these days. They shouldn't be just for Xmas though!

Certainly are lovely roasted with a little chilli infused olive oil then just at the end a little grated cheddar cheese to make a sauce.
