And the scene at the end with him in the back of the car, no dialogue but Bob says it all with his expressions..realisation, regret,a wry smile when he puts it all together...fantastic actor. | |||

And the horn with all those naked fire dancing hotties (no Bic razors in the local shop for local people on that island ![]() The Wicker Man was virtually forgotten until C4 showed it in the 80s (it was the film shown before Don’t Look Back when that film was in cinemas). in the 80s, the Welsh Language channel (S4C) would show the films C4 had shown about a week later. Very handy when you’re 14 and just seen the Wicker Man (and the house didn’t have a video recorder)! I always remember Jonathan Ross introducing Britt Ekland at the Comedy Awards and saying “before you present the award, I just want to thank you for helping me to get through those difficult teenage years” ![]() | |||
