The right place

Let’s assume your meeting someone for the first time. It’s a social meeting but there is the option to take it further.

Generally how long does it take you to decide that you are wanting to take it further?

I mean in your own mind.

And how long do you normally spend before either leaving or taking it further?

It varies totally - some people I know for sure months before I meet them, some on sight, some at first kiss, one half way through dinner, another not until they'd wooed me for a while. It just depends on the chemistry, I cannot predict.

The last person I met I knew before we had finished the coffee that it would definitely go further...

And it did.. 30 mins later we were at his flat getting to know each other a lot better

I’ve been at someone’s place all night and not taken it to the next step until 6am sometimes. If the chat and music is flowing then I’m in no rush. They usually are but if I’m not ready then I’m not ready.

I know pretty much immediately if I'm going to take it further, but that doesn't necessarily it's going to happen same day as the social.

Sometimes it does, sometimes it's a while later.

But fair to say once you're on my to do list I'll get you nekked sooner or later.

It’s a social if you meet in a public place to see if you get on. Whether you meet again at a different time or take it further on the day is almost irrelevant. At some point you decide yes or no.

It varies for me. Sometimes it's after chatting for a while, but sometimes it's as soon as I see them if the chemistry is there.

The majority of socials I have had I’ve known before I’ve met them (or been 90% sure) as I’ve chatted to them, messaged each other a lot, so I’ve got to know them.

The social is usually just a confirmation that they look like do on their pics and there’s still a connection in person.

The only social I had where there was hardly much communication, no phone call beforehand, no swapping of pics, resulted in it not going further...but we still had a good chat and laugh.

I normally have decided beforehand and this is just a confirmation they’re who they say they are.

I personally like to keep my social, social. Like foreplay, full of intimation and flirtation to build a sexual tension so that you’re both wanting that next meet as soon as possible.

It depends, I don't think there is a given formula it comes down to the mood you're in and of course first impressions but most importantly the other person. I've turned up at people's homes and been pounced on as soon as I've walked in through the door and some times I've sat and chatted for an hour or two before getting jiggy.

Social a are different as you have more opportunity to get to know the person or establish chemistry. I've had quite few socials where we've both decided there was nothing there or we weren't each other's type- all part of the process I guess

On average , less than five minutes .

When we were dogging , often just a couple of minutes was enough .

When meeting in a pub , my wife would know within five minutes and the flirting would normally start by then .

Clubs and parties , again no more than five minutes .

So she would know within five minutes if it was going to go further .

On the few occasions it wasn’t going to go anywhere , we would walk away after ten minutes .

I normally know beforehand, so the social is just to see if the chemistry works face to face. Have met and before I’ve finished my drink we’ve been undressing each other x

Had two, one was immediate, know there was no connection but still had an enjoyable social. Second know within 5 minutes but still only had an enjoyable social.
