Is there any woman that actually likes being called ‘babe’ in a message ?

Cause if I was a woman and some sage called me ‘babe’ that would be an instant block.

And one more thing why do men do it, cause it’s beyond me. If you’re the sort of bloke who calls women ‘babe’ in a first message, one question ‘Why, do you do it?’

I don't like any supposedly 'sweet' names in an opening message from a complete stranger, but I wouldn't block someone just for writing it.

That makes more sense

I am polite, tell them a little about myself and what I liked about their profile if I have messaged them I have seen something I liked

I get a few replies and considering how women and couples get masses of messages it seems like the best approach for me

I never use anything but their username or real name when it’s given no babe or sweetie from me
