I learned that my friends are more awesome than I ever thought.... one changed the bedcovers and did a washing for me as I've done my back in and am having real difficulty moving... on the same night a second came over with a weeks worth of prepped dinners

I've learned to say no alot this week and understand I can't fix everything I'm not quilfied for being a kicking stone. So actually being selfish so far between the mood swings I'm deserting for HRT at this rate I'm fabulous
