Last year Mr got me the yankee candle one which was quite a good idea! Theres also beauty ones with make up and other lotions and potions in. Or the range have some where you can pop your own stuff in drawstring bags or drawers!

just bought the lego advent calendar for kid who comes to see my motorbikes.

always got plenty of questions about what this and that does and likes to rev the bikes.

so next time him and his mum pass i got the calendar for him as i know they are struggling a bit.

The partner is threatening me with a Lovehoney one where it looks like my arse will gobble up the lingerie.

As far as slightly different ones go, there's a nice Unicef one. You can also buy ones with teabags in it! Teapigs have a lovely one. Or a good stationery one as well - Notonthehighstreet have a really beautiful navy one.

Every day in September, October and November

I buy cans of food, toiletries and house hold products . At the end of the month make up a hamper and donate it to my local food bank.

These are tough times for families and if a little gesture can help spred a little happiness then go for it

For quite a few yrs i had the You Beauty one, then last year i decided to get something different so i went for a speciality tea calendar which was lovely..

Think i will do the same again this year

a friend gave me the idea , now the Christmas things are in the shops I add them too.

I'm a lucky chap , my life is rather blessed .

I get quite vexed when I see people going without and struggling. All the families who use the food bank work too they are just finding hard to make ends meet

To answer the question though. My friend bought a treehouse reverse calendar. Each day you add another piece and at the end of the countdown you (should) have a beautiful ornament.
