Because its a cultural display of a lot of the teams heritage. We'd expect them to respect us if we did Morris dancing

Apologies for lowering the tone of this thread, but what’s the diff between league and union?

I know about the extra man, and cultural background- but in terms of how the game is played ?

Only diff I can see so far is league doesn’t do scrums + mauls.
