I'm standing in front of a beech hedge that needs cutting. It's showing greens and oranges, brick reds, yellows and ochres of every hue. An artist's palette could not be so bold.

Love autumn, being a woodsman i get to see nature in all her glory all year round....the trees have been my life and bring me peace when in problem times.. Going up to see yew tree at runnymeade, dated to before saxon times.. The signing of magna cata was done beneath her... Imagine if she could talk to us... Though her surtoundings might as i am paranormal sensitive, especially to places

All the tree trunks are so dark by contrast, from the rain today, it is making the leaves blaze even more than usual. Adore it

To derive such joy from such simple things, truly the art of living.

Autumn is my favourite time of year. The colours are wonderful .... if the wind keeps away long enough for us to appreciate the changes

I also have a beech hedge. I love it at this time of year too particularly. Each day I look out of the window is a different picture.
