Mrs Absolutebeginner is at work, I’m just about to take the smaller child to watch the not so mighty Birmingham take on Hull. Hopefully we may get some time together later tonight but the dad taxi will be on standby tonight for the moody teenager! We lead such an exciting life!

I had to turn down an old FB tonight

I had a horrible day and got soaked in the rain on my way home - I got so cold that I have just been in bed shivering with the heating on and a hot water bottle

I finally warmed up by the end of a film - I have to admit I was a bit worried.

I feel good now and am making King Prawn Linguine and thinking about wine
