Urban, suburban, rural or wild?

Where do you see yourself being happiest?

I really need a mix of urban and wild. For example every morning I wander down to the end of my street and look out to the wild sea and that is really vital to my spiritual sanity. But when I lived in the middle of nowhere I found it too isolated.

I guess, then, that my ideal would be a flat in a vibrant city and a log cabin to retreat to every now and then out in the wilds. What would be your ideal set up?

I'm quite adaptable so happy in most environments as long as I have my own place to shut out the world when I need to.

I do love the dystopian buzz of a big city. But I think I'd have to have an artists loft apartment or something with really high ceilings and big windows. None of this pokey window nonsense for me

I like where I am. I’m 20 minutes on the motorway away from Cardiff my capital city and 20 minutes on the motorway away from Swansea. I’m by sea and beaches and a small town. That’s how I like it.

I like cycling through cities, you feel like plankton swimming along side a whale, ax you cut through the cars and lorries. But my heart belongs to the shire, I enjoy the simple pleasures in life, an acoustic guitar, a whittled spoon and the truth. And also a lady with a massive pair of tits.

Used to live on a beach. Now live up in the hills.

The town's are nearer, and there are more people around...

But I guess a cave is always the place for me...

...Up on the Downs

On a hill in the Cotswolds, or somewhere wild with someone I love. I love true agricultural communities.

I think I'm going to buy a cabin in colorado or oregon. Out in the woods. Just the fresh air, pure water, and genuine wilderness, with eagles and stuff. Mmm I can feel it calling to me now. Maybe a house in San Fran and a cabin somewhere up around tahoe with a big hot tub. Ahhhh

Cambridge city centre

Sure I'd hate it if I did actually live there but visiting it's so quaint for a city
