Who else is going to the gym today? I am doing a full body workout, you do 2 exercises per body part, since I started doing it in july, my lifts have gotten better and I am finally in the 3 plate club in deadlifting for my 1 rep max

That is right it is 140kg, but it is only the plates on the one side that counts, 3 in this case, my goal for next year is 4, how is your training going pal?

That is a good workout and you are right, you feel good for days after lifting heavy.

I always count all 6 You'll get 180k no bother. Training's going well, injury free at the momext

He put me through my paces. Made me do some boxing and I was so awful I managed to (possibly) break my hand. Oops. Still at least that’s a week off gym right? Pass the Haribo shag. Gonna be a long evening in A&E

Yes. I havent done deadlifting so much as I do now, so progressing slowly but steady, that is a good best you had and yes that half plate is important. I like the grind at the top, do you? As you nearly have the weight

I love everything about deadlifts, there is no reason to be alive if you cannot do deadlift!!"
