Nah, I don't make that assumption about all newcomers but I do know that I can be wrong in how I first think about people (so yep, sorry Op!). It's that old thing of sometimes you just "click" with people, and I'd most definitely say we clicked - again not in any nefarious way. Since then we've chatted on and off, not that often, but when we do we pick up where we left off, and even met once, and nothing has changed my opinion of you - you've been great counsel at times (sometimes without even knowing it), always got good things to say about people and rarely show that you're down, even when you are.
