Legally change age

A 69 year old Dutch man has started a legal battle in the courts to get his age legally change from 69 to 49. He wants to do this because he feels his actual age hugely limits his chances on TINDER of getting a hook up. His argument is "You can change your name. You can change your gender. Why not your age?".
