No turkey for me as I don't like it.

Shall have a steak dinner later after a snooze, knackered after striking camp and unloading the car.

Our turkey's in the oven as I type. We're having our Christmas day today.

It's a turkey for 8 (there's 2 of us) so it'll be turkey curry, turkey & sweet leek pie, turkey cranberry & brie sarnies, turkey wraps -anything you'd normally use chicken for. Then i'll use the carcass to make stock.

I've just taken the last of last years turkey stock out of the freezer to do the gravy with. Yum!

It's a good job we love turkey lol.
