I've changed many a fuse on a plug. I didn't know that electrical appliances themselves had fuses. But then I'm only a woman and it's why I'm married... so I don't have to know these things!

It possibly has an internal one but is probably a one piece build and inaccessible.

Looks very simple, it's either a broken rocker switch, but then I'd expect one speed to work, or the motor is burnt out. If it is it will smell burnt.

It may have burnt out...ahem ahem not sure how that may have happened...
