I say sorry and over apologise all the time... it's wrong i know... does anyone else over apologise or is itjust me? hehe xx

Im the same. For example, if someone bumps into me i apologise for being 'in the way'.

hhhmm yes I know but in this respect I mean saying sorry to swingers when you meet them....

eg... "oh would you like a coffee.. sorry"

that sort of stuff

but I am glad when they leave after the sex and I can wash up the cup they've drank from and think "phew glad to see back of them"

yes I do too... sorry missed your point (ooops play on words here)... yes pelvic floor does a lot of good at times even after 2 children and aged 54
