We don't know what we are capable of until our loved ones are under threat..

The bravest person can also be those battling illness.

Brave is in the little things here. Facing up to things that you really don’t want to. Standing hand in hand against the naysayers. I’m finding being a single mama to a weirdo pre teen is the bravest thing I’ve ever done.

Anything that involves pain though and I am a big wuss

My friend is being brave today.

She is fighting to protect those that cannot protect themselves.

She is a total hero.

I think I'm more stupid than brave, I quite often just throw myself in arse first into most situations.

I guess it makes life more interesting

I'm not really. Sometimes I've done brave things... But it's not really being brave, just instinctive reactions to dangerous situations. Given the time to think about them first... I'd probably have run away pissing my pants

Oooer... there are times that I will brave adversity. And there are other times that I am not brave enough to face something emotionally challenging.

If I say I will do something then I will damn well do it. But I guess sheer bloody mindedness isn't the same thing as bravery.

I'm only brave when I have someone else to protect; alone I'm a coward.

I've just started watching The Haunting of Hillhouse and I'm struggling.

One persons brave is another persons normal day to day . Conquering your fears and living outside your comfort zone takes guts . As does facing up to and dealing with illness . But no matter what we face there’s always someone facing more

Think bravery is misinterpreted

I don’t think I’m brave yet everyone I know can’t believe my positivity and they think I am a really brave person..

I don’t think I am particularly brave. I just get on with stuff that has to be done. People have called me brave because I had cancer but to me I had no option but to just deal with it. Same as other things that have happened to me. Ask me to get up and sing karaoke though and I’ll be a quivering mess and probably hide in the loos til it’s all over

Pretty brave, I’ve had to make some tough decisions over the years regarding my sons health and luckily with good medical guidance he’s made it through. And for myself I’ve toughened up. But don’t show me a big hairy spider I’ll run a mile x
