Is it bad to eat a Tesco family size Trifle in one go? I fear my life (and my guts) will end up down the toilet.

No. Not bad at all. I often see portion recommendations on cake and the like "serves 8" aye ok then, we'll see. Serves 1. It might take 2 goes but it only serves 1
