The only person that truly knows you is you. If you don't know what to do with yourself to make you happy, what do you expect a bunch of strangers to do?

If you hate it, just treat it like a normal day.

a Primark shoebox in Leicester

Go to a party.

Be nicer to people so they invite you to their party.

Help out at a homeless shelter.

Bake cookies for the elderly.

Watch the telly.

Drink yourself stupid and sleep throught it.

Book a short break.

Read a book.

Buy a jigsaw.

Visit family.

Take up knitting.

Buy a games console.

Go to a pub.

Invite people to yours for dinner.

Pamper yourself.

Go into a city centre and people watch.

Book yourself into a hotel.

Go to a high viewpoint and watch the fireworks.

Go to a club.

Arrange a shag.

Make cupcakes and take them to the hospital for the night shift.

Watch some dvd's.

Stuff your face with chocolate.

Clean the kitchen cupboards.

Take photos of yourself.

Paint.

Visit a craft centre and buy something to make.... such as birthday cards to use throughout the year.

Clean your car.

Buy a hair styling magazine and try out some new styles.

Make candles.

Talk to service men/women overseas.

Make yourself a really nice dinner, trying out new recipes.

Decorate a cake.

Clean your carpets.

Design your dream house.

Watch funny clips on YouTube.

Make something to wear.

Sort out your wardbrobe.

Treat it like just another day and get over the hating bit.

Personally I'm out clubbing till 6 on the 30th. The expected hangover and lack of sleep should be enough to take care of NYE.
