I'm curious, has anyone ever taken legal action as per all that drivel loads of people tend to put on their profiles?

I’m not sure why Sydney University (or any other entity) would want half the photos to be honest. Another non descript picture of someone’s genitalia... nice

Exeter Bristol Salisbury

Other than breach of copyright there isn't much a person can do.

The university probably has an agreement with Fab, as do all of us and as long as they're distributing the information without reference to the source there is nothing you can do.

There is nothing stopping You going on people's profiles and saving people's pics to your hard drive for your own personal wank bank. If your had a lower moral standard then what's stopping you launching your own site selling them? You would have to go very public as a swinger and user of the site to take action against them

hiding from cock pics.

The warning that I find quite funny are the ones that are literally naming Facebook as being protector of the images. Do the people posting these not realise they are not on Facebook right now?

Isn't it something along the lines of personal use being fair game but the line being crossed if something is published for public consumption without consent? Or is it that we are indirectly giving consent by putting our pics up on here?... I can't be bothered to look it up to be fair.

If you put anything in cyber space there is no ability to completely erase it.

Consider anything you've put out there fair game for anybody to reuse anywhere.

Even if you find out they are reusing it, it's going to be extremely hard to track them, at the very best you might get it removed from a site that you are aware of.

It may be on 10 others and being reused by 10 other people in a chain, it may crop up again in the years to come. If you have put it out there say goodbye to your rights of keeping it private.

Don't put anything out there that you are not happy to stay out there.

So is Sydney a male or female, and do they have a couples profile? Has anyone met them & left them a veri? Have they even been photo verified?

It would be a waste of time just read the terms and conditions for fabswingers and all the rights you relinquish joining.

Some profiles have changed the message to say Fabswingers is now a publicly traded entity.... Wonder how the shares are doing?

Poorly, given the billions from our subscriptions they must have to set aside for potential litigation!

I've also wondered why the trading status is relevant to laws on privacy and copyright..never quite figured that out!

That's the Facebook message that I referred to earlier. It's just as useful for protection whether it was publicly traded or not as it means absolutely nothing under these circumstances

No because its nonsense and unenforceable.

You've already put you're stuff in the public domain, you can't then claim to keep control of it.

Yes please, full details then oh by the way, I don't believe you, you've taken a case of somebody using your fabswingers details to arbitration, lol. Of course you have.

Brighton - even Hove!

It’s a waste of fab computer server space. It’s a filter as well.
