You can only upload so many pics a day on here. There’s no limit on kik. He also wants your kik address, of course!

He said he ran out. I told him if he ran out of pictures to send them show me the ones he uploaded and am then told again I can't as I've ran out

Ok. If you're happy to communicate away from the site then do. I can't think of any genuine reason why if he's run out of photos, which to me implies he's used up today's quota, he can't just wait until tomorrow and put some more on.
