Err well ostensibly it's a woman whispering into a mic about pineapple pens coming for you whilst scratching it with a pair of scissors But it's supposed to give you "tingles" or make you fall asleep. It's supposedly a big thing at the mo. I'm hoping someone else can explain what the fuck it is
