Sorry ling rant.

So when I first joined fab I got talking to a guy on here. We really hit off. Swapping kik. Chatting on cam. Then a coffee meet. After the coffee meet we even swapped phone numbers. Loads of texts and a few phone calls. We made a few attempts at meeting but was hard to get time when we are both free. So chatting on Friday on the phone and I happen to mention that my ex had the kids all weekend and I don't have them back till Monday after school. He then tells me he is staying in a hotel in Dublin on a golfing weekend with the guys. He has his own room so could meet this morning for some fun if I wanted.

I agree to meet and text this morning before heading off. He quickly replied that he can't wait. Asked me to send a picture of what I was wearing. Which I did. I then got there at the time agreed. I text to say I was there and he replied I'll be there in 5 mins. I told him what kind of car id be in. 10 minutes passed and their was no sign of him. I waited a further 10 minutes and still nothing. I rang his phone which appeared to be off.

At this stage I decide to leave. I get about 5 minutes down the road and he texts to say where are you my phone died? He then rang to apologise and asked me to come back. I agree reluctantly. I return back to the car park and he massagened me to say that he left a key at reception for me and what name it was under. He told me he would be waiting naked in bed for me.

I go inside to ask for the key and the receptionist says she has no one staying under the name id given. She checked a couple of times. I rang him to see and again his phone was switched off. I just decided to come home and cut my losses. I log into fab and he's profile disappeared.

I'm left not only pissed off at the fact that I got the run around but wondering what he was up too. Extremely paranoid as what he could have been up too.

Report him to admin for being a timewaster. Not much else you can learn from it, as it sounds like he was stringing you along from the start. He was probably in the bar watching you.

Had even met for a coffee and shared a kiss. Just don't get it. The got paranoid that maybe he followed me home or what if he recorded it.

Sorry you got the runaround.

Obviously he's married or in a relationship and while talking to you via text, video call etc and even a coffee was proof he was a real person.

He was probably turned on by the idea of swinging,the reality of actually going through with it and cheating for real was not for him.

And I guess in an odd way perhaps that's a good thing?

Ok it doesn't help you and your situation but at least he decided that he wasn't prepared to cheat?

Maybe I dunno perhaps this is bollocks but maybe he did the right thing..

But at least he could have done the honest thing and told you face to face.

However if it was just a silly prank on his behalf then total moron.

Had a similar experience. Not quite as bad though. We exchanged pics, chatted on the phone/video chat. He was even checking on me when I was ill with the flu. Time to meet up, kept saying he was on his way, 5 mins, round the corner etc. He purposely kept me wanting. Until he wasn’t answering. I thought maybe his battery died. Waited around. Never heard from him after that. We’d been chatting 2-3weeks. I think he was just sick in the head. All a game to him. Just a jerk.

OP, I think he was just a jerk. Block the number. And don’t spare him a second thought. People like these guys are warped, and probably desperately unhappy. Think of it as a lucky escape. He might have been even more cruel the more involved you became.

I met a guy once online and had a great night, stayed over at his, had breakfast & lunch together the following day

We then chatted on line and by text for a few weeks

A month or so later, I was in his area again, so dropped him a line to say a couple of days beforehand

Nothing back

I messaged again on the day and asked if he wanted to meet

Nothing

So I went to a club

Who was in there ?

You guessed it

Anyway, I made my own fun

He ended up coming over and having a shit fit on me for getting off with someone else, despite the fact he'd completely blanked two messages and then blanked me in person in the club

He actually said I should have left when I saw him cos it was his 'turf'

I think not

People are strange

You got pissed about, but you had a lucky escape

Trust me on that x

I am too! In all the time I’ve been meeting via swinging sites, I’ve been messed about a bit, but I’ve never experienced anything like that

I’m sorry you went though that, it must have been horrible. Please don’t let it put you off, there are some truly lovely people on here x
