"Hi all, Paul here. Struggling alot with my anxiety and depression at the minute. Just wanted to put it out there that Running is my thearpy and im here for any fellow suffers. Also mail me if your in and around southampton and wanna run with me. done the great south 3 times now and training for southampton half. Don't hide share and we can help each other" I am verry happy that you are improving, mental health can be improved by any exercise, creative activity, eating healthilly and getting fresh air and good company. I was walking 9-12 miles every day through the worst of mine and it helped more than the drugs. I was a volunteer and cousellor for 5 years in mental health. So what I am saying comes straight from their services, it is not just my opinion. We spend too long locked up in front of the TV, or should I say television as I am a TV! | |||
