Well I was invited out for Sunday lunch with a Forumite but instead, I've got to cook for a few family members. So I'm doing roast lamb with garlic, anchovies and rosemary and all the usual trimmings. Home made apple pie for pud. That's my day sorted

Lamb shanks marinated in rosemary garlic and a red wine vinegar bought back from Italy. Have also made a steak and mushroom pie and a cottage pie for in the week plus some double cherry cup cakes.
