There's a house near me that starts putting theirs up in September every year they have that many lights I wouldn't be surprised if you could see the house from space

I'm not very good at hiding my disdain for people who start celebrating christmas this early. It's pathetic. And I genuinely cannot see how spending 2 months getting excited leaves the day anything other than a massive anti-climax

Oh, I don’t know. I met a lady which was 2 months in the planning and I was excited every time we chatted and it certainly wasn’t an anti climax.

They’re not hurting anyone. If they like to do it that’s their choice. I don’t personally put decs up before December but I have a friend that does. (may have been known to sneak in a set of fairy lights here or there).

I love Christmas lights and Christmas trees though

I think people can discuss anything they choose as long as it’s within site rules. I’m not seeking horny people and if someone messaged to say they were horny I would delete that message. I also think that if discussions were purely about swinging/sex then it would get pretty boring, quite quickly. But luckily we’re all different and we can make a choice to not get involved in the threads which aren’t of interest

Yep one of my neighbours has had theirs up a fortnight already the lunatics! I love Christmas but it's one day, it doesn't need a 3 month build up. Mine will be going up on 12th night in December I'm not religious but still like the tradition

I still have two up from last year. I kind of noticed mid Jan, thought 'fuck it' left them there under superstition reasons.

There should be no sign of it until around 12th Dec.

It’s ruined by commercialism.

Used to love it as a child but apart from Xmas dinner and of course the wish for snow.

Mind you that can sod off too after Boxing Day
