Im new to the site and just wanted a little help on the best way to just talk to people.. what subjects do you guys put? how do you open the message? that sort of stuff

The same as you would in person. Tailor your conversation to the person you're speaking to.

The forumsxare a good place to join in and be sociable and are often a good base to start chatting from.

hey, thanks for your help, i try to do that already but its not hard to assume that women get bombarded with messages everyday, im trying to find what would make it stand out even more

Also your profile is kinda like your introduction, many people check that before deciding if they even open your message nevermind respond so make sure you stand out. A variety of pics and text showing a bit of personality help.
