Does the desire for virgins make sense? In some circles they are highly prized, especially female virgins. After all people wouldn't be queuing out the door to have their hair cut and styled by someone who'd never cut hair before? Or is the attraction on the lines of the satisfaction of being the first to open a brand new packaged item?

Possibly bucking the trend here but i have little interest in virgins. I've always preferred women of experience.

I think a woman who knows what's what and who's had an active sex life already is much more fun both in life and between the sheets.

Excellent question. I think it's an ego think. People make such a big fucking deal out of virginity that the men feel they've left their cock print on the world because they'll always have been her first.

Sometimes it comes down to male insecurity. If he's the only one she's ever had by default he must be the best. Also for some guys it's a form of slut shaming, promiscuous women are seen as "dirty or damaged goods."

The fetishisation of male virgins is low because in society it is still the norm for the man to "lead and be dominant.
