Fitness level? " Well done you. We got to week 5 on couch to 5k and I injured my hip... haven't run since. Keep thinking we should get back on it. "I decided at the beginning of August that I wanted to lose 2 stone by Christmas and I've nearly done that. So I might try and lose another. I had knee surgery on Monday though and so my activity levels are way down and I'm anticipating a small gain or at least no losses for a week or two. Still eating sensibly though " You definetly need to take it easy if you had knee surgery. Very well done | |||
