Rehydration is your friend ladies..

If you have rehydration salts in the house mix and drink them keep drinking try and avoid caffeine it's a mild diuretic. If you've no rehydration salts drink fruit juice about 2/3juice 1/3 water ..if not water.. takes about a pint of water for your body to process a unit of alcohol it's why we wee a lot when we drink.

Top tip if you know you're going out for a few sherbets mix the rehydration salts before going out leave at the side of your bed with a glass and drink before you go to sleep that way you're hydrating as you sleep might not prevent the hangover but will reduce the effects of the alcohol.
